These Terms of Service apply to the use of the website vaylix.app (and vaylix.nl) and all services offered by Vaylix. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Vaylix is a software studio that develops custom applications, platforms, and websites. Specific services, pricing, delivery timelines, and other agreements are documented in a separate contract or proposal.

We strive to deliver our services with the greatest possible care, but do not guarantee specific results unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All intellectual property rights to the website, logo, texts, and design of Vaylix belong to Vaylix, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use material from this website without written permission.

For client projects, specific IP rights are regulated in the project agreement, in accordance with Art. 7:400 et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code (contract for services).

Vaylix is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits, missed savings, or damages due to business interruption. Our liability is at all times limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service, or—if no payment has been made—to a maximum of €500.

This limitation does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

You may use our website for informational purposes. It is not permitted to use the website in a manner that could harm Vaylix, other users, or third parties. The use of automated systems (bots, scrapers) without prior written permission is prohibited.
