Vaylix ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG). This privacy policy describes what data we collect, why we process it, and what rights you have.

Contact Form
When you fill in our contact form, we collect: name, email address, subject, and message content. This data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
We only use functional cookies for language preference and theme settings. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Functional cookies fall under the exemption of Art. 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and do not require consent.
Server Logs
Our hosting automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and availability. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and only share it with processors necessary for our services (hosting, email delivery). We have data processing agreements with all processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Your data is not processed outside the EEA unless appropriate safeguards apply (Art. 46 GDPR).
